I recommend Kevin Weimer without hesitation. Kevin took over the listing of our house after our previous realtor had not lived up to the promises made. Kevin had the house staged, we had moved before the house sold. He found a lawn service for us, our previous lawn service had apparently put us on the bottom of their job list since we had moved. He checked on the house at least once per week, and also held several open houses (including one for “nosy neighbors”). He had a roof inspector check the roof, which resulted in us putting a new roof on the house. When he noticed a problem with a retractable awning, he repaired part of it himself and found an awning service to complete the job. He even recruited his daughter to attend the house when a plumber had to be called. In summary, Kevin did everything in his power to help us successfully sell our house.

I can’t shout loud enough about how amazing Kevin is! We had to sell my mom’s house quickly and for top dollar in order to move mom to assisted living. Kevin was prompt in getting it listed, after giving us input on what needs to be done, was always available to answer our questions/concerns and walked us through to getting it sold. We will forever recommend Kevin to anyone needing a realtor!!
